Product Structure

Zitopek’s production is focused primarily on bread and bread related products. Apart from its major focus,
Zitopek has also developed the production of pastries and confectionary products. There are over 100th different products in Zitopek’s product range.

Capacity utilization

Zitopek has four bread production lines in the city of Nis .
One bread production line is located in the town of Prokuplje, 30 km west of Nis.

Sales and Markets

Serbian consumers are, by tradition, large consumers of bread and pastries products. Zitopek is a major supplier of such products to the city of Nis and the surrounding area (total of 700,000 inhabitants).
According to the estimates, Zitopek controls 70% of the bread market and 40% of the pastries market. Main competitors in the market are small private-owned bakeries.
Zitopek is the only industrial bakery in the respective market.
